The New Brooklyn Cookbook


The New Brooklyn Cookbook: Stories and recipes from 31 restaurants that put Brooklyn on the culinary map.  We especially love the Clam, Potato, Leek Soup p.179.  Our friend Laurie made it for us, on our visit to Rhode Island. and it was divine.
